Induction
The participants will receive an induction upon arrival, which contains an introduction in Ghent, in Kiwanis, in our office, in the different activities of our Districts and Nations. We also will connect them to local clubs.
A welcome map with a practical guide of Ghent, what is where, how do things work, all emergency numbers from doctors, dentists, hospitals, as well as the mobile numbers from the staff will be made available.
An on-the-job training is foreseen by the staff to support the participants in the service and the learning.
Language lessons Dutch
Aside the ESC foreseen online language course, we also will additionally enroll the participants in Dutch lessons for a faster integration in the Ghent community.
