• The European Young Kiwanis Summit (= the European meeting with the Kiwanians aged between 20 and 40 years old)
• The Lieutenant Governors Summit (= a new pilot training for our volunteer regional managers that are coaching the clubs in their region)
• The growth summit (= the meeting with all the European membership coordinators, in which the ESC’ers also can assist in analyzing the state of the art of the district of the own home country)
• This can be as well designing methods for discussions with the volunteers during these meetings, but also practical support such as preparation of the sessions, helping with the creation and dissemination of the materials…

• Assisting the staff in the organisation of this, together with the volunteers of the host committee
