Work place

Participants will have their own working place in the office, close to the staff member that is the end-responsible for the relevant theme/topic/working field.

A laptop, phone connection and internet will be made available for the participants.

Long term volunteers will be also enrolled in the Kiwanis office programme, which include (at the moment of applying) a personal Kiwanis email address, an office 365 package with possibilities to install it at 5 devices, and with specific access to international online conferencing programs such as Zoom business, Microsoft Teams,... for easy connection with the home front, the sending organisation, and the district or nations in case the volunteer would like to set up an own personal project involving them.
