assisting in the European trainings (online and face-to-face seminars):

• Support in shaping the trainings content wise, preparation, implementation, evaluation follow up
• developing sessions together with the training director, preparing and delivering parts of the workshops
• preparing webinars about Kiwanis topics such as social projects, membership, growth,... but also about skills for volunteers such as public speaking, empathic leadership, teamwork, and training tools such as Padlet, Zoom, Slido,...
• Proposing new topics and shaping those
• Practical preparation of the trainings
• Creating tools for the training toolbox that districts can use
• Adapting global tools and methods with “a European sauce”
• Assisting in adapting the club leadership education tools with “a European sauce”
• …
